In families we can experience challenges living cohesively and harmoniously. Whether your family is traditional, blended, or modern, we assess areas of discouragement and points of contention to work on family alignment. I work from a Positive Discipline therapeutic approach with the goal to encourage and empower parents and children.
My workshops are designed to engage Parents with theory and practical takeaways based on positive discipline and encouragement. We address working with challenging children, healthy development, food, family meetings, parenting styles, brain development, ages & stages, addressing challenging situations, and more.
